1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jilitaya website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jilitaya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the jilitaya platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. jilitaya reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jilitaya platform, including registered account holders, guests, and any person who accesses the Service in any capacity.

2.Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jilitaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jilitaya. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jilitaya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilitaya platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilitaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jilitaya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

When registering your jilitaya account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.

• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jilitaya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilitaya that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Account registration and use of the jilitaya platform is free of charge. jilitaya does not charge account maintenance fees.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilitaya platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilitaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• jilitaya reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts enjoy same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals.
• jilitaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or identity verification procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your jilitaya account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

jilitaya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilitaya bears no responsibility.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

jilitaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your jilitaya account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• jilitaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jilitaya reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies toward the fulfillment of bonus wagering requirements.

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilitaya platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the jilitaya platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in any game offered on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilitaya staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the jilitaya platform or any other user's account.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the jilitaya platform.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the jilitaya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of jilitaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilitaya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jilitaya platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilitaya content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the jilitaya platform.
• Use any jilitaya trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilitaya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilitaya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

jilitaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilitaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jilitaya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilitaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

9.Privacy & Data Protection

jilitaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the jilitaya platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilitaya implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilitaya cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jilitaya will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.

10.Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for reasons other than cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilitaya's customer support team for informal resolution. jilitaya will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.Amendments to These Terms

jilitaya reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilitaya will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jilitaya platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
